Re: Windows Store for Business / Windows 11
Olaf_Thyssen Thanks for the shout out on the blog. The new solutions are still in development but should be ready for a private preview soon. The reason the blog hasn't been updated is that the solution isn't quite ready yet. As soon as there's something to share, we will. The timeline and solutions are still the same as last July. Windows continues to play an important role in people’s lives as they continue to work, learn and have fun in hybrid and remote environments. Our goal is to provide new features and functionality via a fast and reliable update experience to help keep people and organizations protected and productive. Version 21H2 will continue the recent feature update trend of being delivered in an optimized way using servicing technology, like the way we delivered version 1909 to devices running version 1903 and the way we delivered version 21H1 to devices running versions 2004 and 20H2. Our launch approach for Windows 10, version 21H2 continues to fully leverage the Windows Insider Program to obtain user feedback and data insights on quality. Today, we begin releasing 21H2 builds to Windows Insiders who were moved to the Release Preview channel from the Beta channel because their specific devices did not meet the hardware requirements for Windows 11. For more information on Windows 10, version 21H2, its feature set, how it's being delivered, and the Windows Insider channels, please see John Cable's blog here: Introducing the next feature update to Windows 10: 21H2 | Windows Experience Blog. --Joe. MertyJrry Whether you go to Windows 11 or Windows 10 will depend on one or two things: 1. Does your hardware support Windows 11? If not, then stay on Windows 10. 2. If yes, your personal preference. If you are having issue with the latest updates, please open a support ticket.24KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Windows 10, version 21H2 announced!
EricVdM Windows 10, version 21H2 has not been released yet. When you say the upgrade to 21H2 fails, are you attempting to upgrade to Windows 11? If Windows 11, please ensure your processor is supported: Windows processor requirements Windows 11 supported Intel processors | Microsoft Docs If Windows 10, please open a support ticket as I'm not able to troubleshoot here.24KViews0likes10CommentsRe: Windows 10, version 21H2 announced!
We haven't announced the release date yet, and likely won't until the actual day (this is our normal process). Here are the current hardware/processor requirements. I don't believe they will change for Windows 10, version 20H2 over what they are for version 21H1. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/windows-processor-requirements36KViews3likes10CommentsRe: Will Future Security Patches from Microsoft contain any more Feeds?
This was noted in the April Patch Tuesday patch notes, that this feature would be deployed via updates. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/april-22-2021-kb5001396-os-build-18363-1533-preview-e67788f0-4e70-4f9b-9c5e-ff977310eeea It's possible that as features are developed for one version of Windows and installed as a Feature Updates in that version, that they'll be made available to earlier versions as well via the CU. I can't say that that will definitely happen, but it's possible. In any event, when that happens we'll note it in the patch notes, like we did for News & Interests.578Views0likes0CommentsRe: How will integrate Office Hours with Microsoft VIVA?
Hi Debora- when we talk about Windows office Hours, we're referring to our office doors being open for you to ask questions. I think you are asking about "office hours" being your work day - what Windows detects as being your work hours. Is that correct? If so, please check the Microsoft Viva Ask Microsoft Anything on June 23rd https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-viva-ama/announcing-a-microsoft-viva-ama-june-23-2021/m-p/2366094747Views0likes0CommentsWindows 10 servicing office hours – May 20, 2021

MTayal I've seen this issue discussed on this forum before with some commenters saying that the suggested fix works, and some saying it hasn't. I'm not on the Teams team so I can't say if this is a known issue or if something changed that's causing this. If the suggestions in the post don't help, try opening a ticket with support of using Feedback Hub on any Windows 10 device.3KViews0likes0Comments
