No access allowed for external person in meeting
Hi there, A coworker of mine regularly has a Teams meeting with external partners. All of a sudden one of those external contact no langer has access to the meeting. The message he gets is to log in to Teams in order to join the meeting. But his colleagues of the very same company do have access. What can be wrong? ChristianJBergstrom I've come a bit further. When she switches to my organisation (Woonwaard) to access the team, she gets this screen. My organisation just isn't there to choose from in the next screen! Possibly something can be deduced from what it says in the address bar. ChristianJBergstrom Thanks for your quick reply! It apparently doesn't work when creating a Team on the basis of another Team. But if you create one on the basis of an existing MS 365 group that you have built with a company-specific template? Would it work then? Hi! Sometimes when I want to share a document from my OneDrive using my explorer, I get a popup that doesn't load. It just remains blank, instead of showing the fields for email addresses, message etc. What can be the cause of this and how to avoid it? For one of our departments, I need to make the very same Team in Teams regularly, BC each project has the same set-up. So what I need is a Team template form which all folders and subfolders (more that 30) can be cloned. However, when I clone such a Team, the folders (and files) are NOT copied along. I made a Teams teams for both internal people and a few people from other organisations. One of the latter has trouble getting access. She did get the invitation mail, but clicking on the link resulted in the screenshot attached. It says Cannot find the team. Since it did work for other organisations, my guess was that the settings of this organisation wouldn't allow any invitation from outside. But that appeared not to be the case. Hi. Yes, it was a Teams Webinar I registered for, and indeed I received a confirmation registration mail with an included calendar item incl. link. That's the link I used to get in, after which I got the message that I should have registered at least 15 minutes before. But I WAS registered. I had registered for a workshop (Teams Phone) at 1 PM, put it neatly in my agenda and copied the link for participation in it. At 12.59 PM today I clicked on the link and then it said I could have registered up to 15 minutes before the start. Result: I couldn't access the workshop. Not very user-friendly.
