No access allowed for external person in meeting

Hi there,

A coworker of mine regularly has a Teams meeting with external partners. All of a sudden one of those external contact no langer has access to the meeting. The message he gets is to log in to Teams in order to join the meeting. But his colleagues of the very same company do have access.

What can be wrong?
