Announcing Universal Print in GCC High for earlier versions of Windows!

Microsoft

As you may recall, in October 2023, we announced that Universal Print was made generally available in GCC/GCC High. At that time, only those customers on the latest release of Windows 11 (Windows 11 version 22H2) were able to use Universal Print. However, we’ve heard from many customers on earlier versions of Windows who want to take advantage of cloud printing as well. We listened.

To ensure that more government entities can benefit from the security and productivity features that Universal Print offers, we’re extending our support.

Universal Print now supports Windows 10 and previous versions of Windows 11 in GCC High. Those customers can start using it today.

To use Universal Print in GCC High on earlier versions of Windows, please follow the steps here to set it up!

As always, we’ll keep listening to your feedback and prioritize critical features and support into our roadmap.
