I found many issues about SharePoint Search as below.
Can anyone help to suggest what is the root cause and solution please.

Issues
1. Search result is not found some file while I already have permission to access because I can browse and open the file
2. The search result is different between users while they have the same permission, use the same keyword search and search on the same time
3. The search result is different when searching different. Example: first search, we found 4 files. second search, we found 7 files. And the files are already uploaded since 15 days ago.
