Hi,
For most users I do not get any issue, when they perform a search query in SharePoint Online, they get to default search result page. This page shows verticals such as "All", "Files", "Sites",... right under, additional filters are displayed. So far so good, this is the way filters are displayed in modern search.
For some user, whatever the browser they are using, when performing the same search, they get the filter in a panel situated on the right side...
Any idea how to get these users back to normal ?
