Guest user cannot access a site.

Hello 

Please i need your help on this issue.

A guest cannot access a site. 

It is happing for just one guest user when trying to access a site.

This is the error message:

Have you checked your tenant t and site settings, both must have external sharing enabled to allow external users to access

It is difficult to solve by seeing the screenshot for guest users.

First check entra how is the user profile ( guest account) , invitation acceptacne and user risk status.
Then sign in logs in entra to see what is happening.

If the guest user organization is using microsoft 365 then it preferred to login to office.com and then access your company sharepoint link this Solves 95% issues.
