I managed to sync planner into my outlook calendar, but it takes about 24 hours for the calendar to refresh when I make changes in Planner. Is there anything I can do about it?

you can try these options:

  1. Adjust Sync Settings in Your Calendar App:

    • Open your Calendar App.
    • Access Settings by clicking on the Hamburger icon.
    • Choose Manage Accounts and select your Account.
    • Opt for "Change mailbox sync settings."
    • Set the download new content option to 'As items arrive.'
  2. Modify Update/Refresh Rate for Outlook Calendar:

    • Open Outlook.
    • Navigate to Options.
    • Locate the Preferences Tab.
    • Click on Calendar Options.
    • Access Free/Busy Options.
    • Adjust the Update Interval to your preferred time.
