Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to schedule a recurring task in Planner but that it only appears a few days before the scheduled date in order not to overload the plan. For example, I would like a task scheduled for the 15th of each month to only be visible from the 10th.
Thank you for your help.

SolutionHi @Remy56635,
in Microsoft Planner, you can easily set up recurring tasks for your team.
However, when it comes to having a task show up only a few days before its scheduled date, Planner does not currently offer direct support for this feature. The creation of the next instance in a recurring series occurs only after the preceding instance has been marked as complete.
You can send a feedback to Microsoft from Microsoft Planner:
- Click the Settings icon
- Under "Planner" click "Send Planner feedback".
- This opens "Send Feedback to Microsoft"
- Click on "I have a suggestion"
You can also post your feature request on Microsoft Feedback Portal:
Ideen · Community (microsoft.com)
Please click Mark as Best Response & Like if my post helped you to solve your issue.
This will help others to find the correct solution easily. It also closes the item.
