How to migrate Office 365 to G Suite?

Five days ago, I migrated thousands of emails from Office 365 to G Suite with a professional Office 365 backup tool without any hassle. This tool helps me a lot when eliminating duplicate emails for Office 365 mailbox items. Following these steps, you can also migrate Office 365 emails into Gmail.

  • Download and install the DRS Office 365 Email Backup Tool.
  • Next, click on Backup to backup your Office 365 data to G Suite.
  • After that, log in to your G Suite account.
  • The next step is to apply filters.
  • Select the Google Workspace ID or IDs that you wish to move your Office 365 mailbox to in the Map Users section. To continue, click next.
  • You finally arrive at the migration section. Select the Mailbox folder (Public Folder, Online Archive, or Mailbox) and destination user ID for the location to which you wish to send Office 365 data. To start the migration, click Convert.
  • "Migration has been completed" will appear on the screen when the migration is finished. Click "OK."
