Hi all. I work for a small company and as i know a bit more than others, i am defacto IT manager. Another company have migrated our exchange 2013 to 365. All good and in web outlook all is good but in outlook i have issues. windows 11 pro by the way.
I have a big old existing account in my outlook but if try and add a 365 account in either in pc settings or in outlook it tells me "that email address has already been added"
If i try and change the account details in outlook i get the rudimentary settings box with general, security and one other tab.
So my outlook is still pointing at the exchange server not 365 and i cant change it. Don't really want to delete my account as i'm a big old scaredy cat!
