Occasionally I have a user who's tried to delete file/s from their OneDrive and received the message "Item cannot be deleted while on hold" while other don't have this issue.
When the user rename the file (the file/s on hold) in OneDrive, user is able to delete the file/s after renaming the file/s.
Is this a glitch or is there a setting within SharePoint or Office 365 Security & Compliance that need to be changed?
