Hi,
I'm not able to find external users (personal account) from my organizational teams account. I typed the mail address on the To box in Create a chat window. And clicked on Search for the mail externally. Still couldn't find the account. I have added screenshots of both the accounts. Am I doing something wrong to find the external user.
