Getting the following error messages after the motherboard was replaced;

 

  • "Ask your IT admin for help right now this device can't get to your organization's resources"
  • "Something went wrong Your computer's Trusted Platform Module has malfunctioned. If the error persists contact your system administrator with error code C0090016" 

The machine is Azure Azure AD joined, managed in Intune and Windows Autopiloted

@Deleted Hello Daryl, I don't work with hardware related issues but have some experience with TPM-errors, usually involving the Outlook client. Is that the case? There are a couple of different solutions to this particular error message, but it's difficult to assist with troubleshooting steps not knowing your specific environment/scenario (when does it occur?). Depending on manufacturer you should go to their site and take a look at the Microsoft docs as well.
