No Access to Shared Bookings

I logged in today to create a new service and was given error messages about the time of the service, when I went to adjust my office hours, I was unable to save the changes. I then realized a lot of my information was missing but I could not update it. I refreshed the page and saw in place of my booking page the message " Sorry, but it seems you don't have access to shared bookings. Please contact your organisation admin for more information." Organisation is spelled wrong (in the US), so this concerns me. Is this a real message from Microsoft or has someone accessed my account? Also, I am the administrator.

 

Please help as I need to schedule a client for this new service but cannot move forward.

I am having the same issue (Saying I don't have access and even the UK spelling of "Organisation").
