SUMIF problem

Hi everyone,

I am trying to practice SUMIF, but Excel seems not to get the formula. All data format is in General.

I just want to know where the problems are and how to fix them.

Whether you want to work with SUMIF or COUNTIFS. Works fine with Office 2016.
