Problem with sum working houers

I am trying to make automatic just to write start work h and end and automatic make else value (collum d and e) weekends i must delite formula because write #### and sum on bottom dont work. I think to write =SUMIF(D38-C44;"<0";0:00) and this dont work 

Second thing i wish to make if collum c-b is bigger than 8:00 write in collum d 8:00 and difference in collum e......

Your solution is better 🙂 But I find one solution also make 3 more collum ac and ab and than hidden it and make if formula 🙂 also work but my is lame 🙂
