I am trying to do a calculation of a winner based on votes and I cannot seem to find out how to do it automatically by sorting them by vote sums. I'm trying to do it in both the "County 2020 Dem" and "County 2020 Rep" sheets.
@riay388I just fixed the ranges you were using as totals--they were inconsistent in that upper right corner --which is where I presume you were trying to do the sort. Only fixed in the Dem sheet; there are similar inconsistencies in the Rep sheet.
Just highlight the range of cells you want to sort (I think those three columns where you show Name, Vote, % would be a great example. Go to Data....Sort and pick the column to sort by, the sequence (high to low typically) and sort...
