My job requires me to create written reports using excel. however, since the last update, my excel has an empty area at the bottom that is too big.
I used default margin so the margin should be the same for top and bottom.
how can I make my excel full without sacrificing the footer?
thank u.

I used the default margins which should be the same between the top and bottom margins. But still the bottom margin is wider than the top margin.

In page layout view Excel add some extra space between the grid and footer, header is directly up to the grid.
However, if print such page header and footer are of the same size.
Perhaps also depends on printer driver settings and scaling option

thank you for your feedback,
but I'm still confused why the empty part between the content and footer is too wide. if I lower the bottom margin then the footer will disappear.
