I am having trouble creating a formula where if the combined annual is less than cap and if the combined total is over the cap and if the combined amount is over in the 1st quarter to show only the residual amount. if the cap is 75000 and the 1st Qtr
they earned 75000 1st Qtr payment should be 75000 the second Qtr amount would be zero due to cap. What if the amount of the 1st and second qtr combined was more than the cap and the 1st qtr was less in need the amount for 2nd Qtr payment to be the difference (Row 7)
Please help
