I am hoping someone here can help me out. I want to build look up function that will search multiple parameters and find the corresponding data in a table.
I have included a screen shot of what the table looks like as it is too difficult to describe.
I want to be able automatically use information in the excel doc where I record age, gender, pregnancy and lactation status to auto look up these values so I don't have this massive table to hunt through.
I have secondary goal of building a table where I can input lab values for each micronutrient and it will then automatically provide information on which micronutrients are deficit, and which are excessive. From there it can recommend foods to increase consumption of, highlight potential side effects of deficiency and/or toxicity, etc.
