Formatting using data from another sheet.

Hello,

I have been trying to format cells in sheet1 based on certain criteria found on sheet2.

My intentions is that the format reads the data from column E, 

and then based on said data it will assign a that colour to the cells.

 

I hope it is achievable, thank you in advance, any help is appreciate.
