Filters in a table

Ok guys, I am a little frustrated because the data is not filtering by number like it should be. 

So the Bin column I can sort by largest to smallest values, but the stock and sales, are by A to Z. Do you know how I can get the stock and sales to be by number range instead of text?

Stock values are texts, you may sort them only as texts. However, you may add helper columns with numbers related to stock and sort by them. The only is to define the logic which connects such numbers to stocks.

Perhaps the same with Sales, it's not clear from the screenshot.

The data that is being filtered is a number so shouldn't it filter by number? I could maybe understanding the stock because it contains letters but the sales all contain numbers. Do I need to change the title to something else so it works correctly?
