I have started a new business and am trying to keep track of my Clients. My clients are on a fitness program, and I am needing to keep track of what day they are on. How can I set something, that either just adds the day or changes which day each individual client starts.. example
Bob. Day 6
Jenna Day 2

And then the following day, it shows

Bob. Day 7
Jenna Day 3

Hi @Chrisrhuffman

I must mention that I am not affiliated to this website in any way whatsoever. I digged it up for you to get a hold over how you can use formulae in Excel to make your tracking a little less hassle.

If you dig in to this thing and start discovering formulae for your use cases you will become much better at using Excel.

Here is that resource I found out for you,
