F25: empty
G25: Instructor

Errors that can occur: If cell G25 is empty, the formula works, if G25 contains the text "Instructor", the formula returns the error #VALUE!
array formula:
=SUM(IF((RES(COLUMN(E25:BZ25),3)=2)*(ISNUMBER(E25:BZ25)),E25:BZ25))
Please finish with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER.
without termination as an array formula:
=SUMPRODUCT((REST(COLUMN(E25:BZ25);3)=2)*1;E25:BZ25)
