How do you create a condition in Excel that if I selected a figure in one column from a drop-down list, then in the next column an automatic figure will appear that is associated with a row from the drop-down list? For example, if I selected bread from a list of products, then automatically the next column will be filled with the price of the bread without me having to fill it in manually

Use functions like LOOKUP, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, XLOOKUP for instance. Which one to use depends on the underlying data and/or Excel version you are using.
