Do not see correct result in Excel

When I tried below equation I do not see correct result.

Date Sheet

Date	Time

Cycle2	8:45
Cycle3	8:50

Used Equation:

=ROUND(MAX(test!F2:F6*(test!A2:A6>=Date!B3)*(test!A2:A6<=Date!B4)),1)

I got result 55.5 that is not correct.

1. On what worksheet and in what cell is your formula?

Thanks for responding my message. Actually, I did not add one step that I used in my spreadsheet instead of hard coding Date and Time I used "ROUNDDONW" function combining Date and time.
But today when I changed to ROUNDUP I can see the correct result it is checking all values from Less and greater or equal from a cells.
