You know what you mean by "basic booking information" but I don't think that is common knowledge.
So please expand a bit. And describe the context as well. Is this part of a job? What kind of data is involved? How extensive will the volume be (how many entries ultimately? how many entries per day (or some other frequency))....and so forth.
The answer to your question of "easy way" will be influenced by answers to questions like those.
