I just upgraded from Office 2010 to Microsoft 365
I am getting these blue triangles inn my spread sheets
could someone help me get rid of them

If you cannot attach a workbook to a reply, you might upload it to a cloud service such as OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox, and post a link to the uploaded file in a reply.

SolutionThese are not triangles but lines with an arrow on one end.
Open the selection pane (ALT-F10).
Select a line object and delete it.

The triangles are arrows whose line (shaft) has length 0.
To get rid of them:
Press F5 to activate the Go To dialog.
Click Special...
Select the Objects radio button.
Click OK.
All triangles are now selected.
Press Delete.
You'll have to do this for each sheet separately.
