Hello, I'm organizing a webinar on Teams, so I'd like to set the waiting room and host & attendees to the meeting I set. But I can't access Meeting Options. I was always told "Something went wrong. Reload the page or, if this keeps happening, try again later". I've tried the methods suggested in these two discussions: - Can't Access Meeting Options - "Meeting Options" not working for "Teams Free" account but none of the them worked for me. I've also tried to log into my Teams with an incognito browser, didn't work either. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance, PCSolvedPC_sonekaMay 27, 2021Copper Contributor26KViews0likes9CommentsMicrosoft Teams Meeting, Webinars or Live Events - Confused ??

I saw at the Ignite the presentation about the new feature webinar. I am so excited and happy and can´t wait for it. But there is one essential question for me. Is it possible to switch of that the participant could see the personal informations of the other participants? Only the organizer and presenter should be able to see the personal information like name, company.... This is really necessary for us. Otherwise we are not able to use this new feature and have to continue planning our webinars as an live event.SolvedSabineKetMar 03, 2021Copper Contributor15KViews1like27CommentsLimit the Number of Registrations in a Webinar
Hello, we are eager to implement the Webinar Functionality in our Company and at the moment I am exploring the possibilities and found something that bugs me. In our small Webinars we mostly have a maximum size of 8 allowed participants, is there a possibility to block the registration when the system notices that I reached the allowed limit and inform the User that the Webinar is full already? Probably there is not but does someone know if this is a planned feature? If not...it really would be great 🙂 Best Regards CanerSolvedCaner1910Oct 28, 2021Copper Contributor15KViews4likes13CommentsTeams Webinar Confirmation Emails Not Sending
Hello! I'm trying to setup a Webinar for my company and several people have registered for the webinar, but no one has received a confirmation email with the calendar invite/join now link. Has anyone else been dealing with this issue? I'm unsure how to fix at this time.SolvedhaleyjoOct 18, 2021Copper Contributor15KViews0likes30CommentsLive Event Guest user add new background
Hi, A user has been added as a guest to our tenant, so that they can present in our Teams Live Event. All of this has been set up correctly, the user can enter as a presenter and everything is as expected. However, the user needs to add their own background to their video feed, to keep everyone's backgrounds consistent. We have instructions on how to do this, by clicking the "Add new" button at the top of the background settings menu. They can access the background settings menu, however there is no "add new" button. This works on my own account and is available for us. I tested it with another guest account and again there is no "add new" button. I assume this is something to do with being a guest user. Is there a way to resolve this for Live Events, as the user needs this option. Hi, I'm trying to embed a Teams Webinar Registration-form on our company-website. It's a 'for everyone' registration form, so no MS-account needed to register. I'm trying this through a simple iFrame, with as the source url the registration-link as provided in the Teams-meeting (webinar-type). But it is loading very slow (takes ages/keeps hanging?) and sometimes it looks as if it is trying to open a pop-up which is getting blocked by default by most browsers. Any suggestion or alternative methods to embed these kind of registration-forms from MSTeams?michaelarensJun 08, 2022Iron Contributor9.1KViews0likes6Comments
