Teams Webinar Confirmation Emails Not Sending
Hello!
I'm trying to setup a Webinar for my company and several people have registered for the webinar, but no one has received a confirmation email with the calendar invite/join now link.
Has anyone else been dealing with this issue? I'm unsure how to fix at this time.
- We have identified the root cause and rolled back the offending code. It will take some time to clear out the backlog of emails, but they will send. No action required on your part.

I'm having the same issue that Teams is not sending the confirmation email to participants. Also, there is no way of resending the email to the registered guests.
- N3d1cCopper ContributorAfter escelating this problem to Microsoft they reported that they fixed this in their backend.
I don't know if this appends to every tenant, but for mine it's fixed. Teams webinar e-mails are not marked as spam or quarantined anymore. - Rhys WilliamsIron ContributorWe had this issue and it was being flagged as spam. Microsoft flagging their own services as spam :')

- Carol_FrantzCopper ContributorIn our enterprise, our SPAM filters were flagging the email address and quarantining them. Teams Eng. worked with security to whitelist the email address.

This is why it is a good idea to allow changing the sender address for registration confirmation.
By doing that, we're avoiding relying on Microsoft's DNS domain issues with e-mail delivery.
Is this on the roadmap? Already been reported on the Feedback Portal, by the way.
