    We have identified the root cause and rolled back the offending code. It will take some time to clear out the backlog of emails, but they will send. No action required on your part.

BryanNyce Hello, 

 

the last post was over a year ago, and this is still an issue? I am still having this problem.

    April 28, 2023. We are having this issue as well. Our Help provider is opening a support case with MS.

     

    But it was 2 years ago that this was reported. It needs tp be bumped up in priority.

      mruberto I'm having the same issue. Registrants are not getting the confirmation email that they are told they would get after registering to the webinar. Tried with two different email addresses and no go.
