Teams Webinar Confirmation Emails Not Sending

- We have identified the root cause and rolled back the offending code. It will take some time to clear out the backlog of emails, but they will send. No action required on your part.
Hi Haleyjo, have you been able to solve this issue? I set up a webinar and people register for the event, but none of them received the registration confirmation email too.
- In our enterprise, our SPAM filters were flagging the email address and quarantining them. Teams Eng. worked with security to whitelist the email address.
This is why it is a good idea to allow changing the sender address for registration confirmation.
By doing that, we're avoiding relying on Microsoft's DNS domain issues with e-mail delivery.
Is this on the roadmap? Already been reported on the Feedback Portal, by the way.
