@EduardoSPB Go to File>Options>Language and under the Office authoring languages and proofing, click on Add a Language and then from the Add an authoring language list, select Russion and then click on Add.
If you also want the display language to be in Russion, click on the Add a Language under the Office display language section of the dialog.
