I've been having an issue with formatting on Word, specifically whilst trying to create an indent for a block quote within a paragraph. Rather than the highlighted text moving, the entire paragraph shifts with it. This is very frustrating as I have to work with strict style guidelines on format, so although the indent function works when breaking the quote into a separate paragraph, it would not be acceptable.
A member of support has tried to help with shared screen assistance (case no: 7040051781) and a reboot, but the issue was not resolved. I've also tried other methods involving the style formatting, but no joy. I can't remember these in much detail as this has taken up most of the day, so I'm willing to try anything again.
