Issue with Word document

Hello, 

For some reason my "enter" key is not moving my curse to the next line. It is deleting my work. The backspace key is undoing the delete.  Is this is problem with word or a possible virus?

first of all: pretty sure that's not a virus.

Im just asking, do you use a Mac?
