I have a Windows Server 2016 that is getting an error when performing a backup using Windows Backup. The error I am getting is "The backup operation that started at '?2023?-?10?-?25T07:00:12.260027300Z' has failed with the following error code '0x8078015B' (Windows Backup encountered an error when accessing the remote shared folder. Please retry the operation after making sure that the remote shared folder is available and accessible.). Please review the event details for a solution, and then rerun the backup operation once the issue is resolved".
I have searched the Internet for the last couple of days and have found a few articles on this issue, but none of the recommended actions worked. Does anybody have an idea of how I can resolve this issue? Thanks in advance for all of the assistance.
