Windows update stuck at loading

Hello there, my windows update in settings would load forever or show me an error code when I restart my system. 0x80248007

      Hi, I tried one of the links and it involved using command prompt to rename the software distribution file, and it would take a while to stop the windows update service and it would tell me that it didn't stop at all, and when I checked in the services app itself its still stopping, and when I do it there instead of cmd, it would give me the error code 1053
