There are some issues with my update Win11. It keeps downloading around 8-10% and then failed. I have tried for several times but it keeps have an error 0x80076025. Moreover, i cannot restart of shutdown my computer, it keeps circling with "restarting" or "shutting down" word. One more thing that i have downloaded an ISO file for win11 but i cannot open it. I have asked support from Microsoft and they don't recommend this solution but i told me to remove insider program. Could somebody help me with these problems please? Thank you
