Clipboard not working/loading

Hello. This is a issue with my clipboard where it wont load and it is just blank even though I have my clipboard history on. Here is a picture:

I am on Windows Insider build

@Kapil Arya Hello. Is still the same only thing I faced issued is that I could not find the RDP Clipboard Monitor process in Task Manager.
