Hi @rocky_watson,

here are several potential solutions based on the error code you've posted:

  1. Temporarily Disable Firewall and/or Antivirus:
To address error code 30015-2016, consider disabling your firewall or antivirus temporarily.
You can also alternatively create an exception rule for Microsoft Office installation or upgrade to resolve the issue.

  2. Run System File Checker (SFC) Scan:
It's possible that the error code is occuring due to missing or corrupted system files.
To address this, log into your administrator account and run an SFC scan to automatically detect and replace any corrupted system files.

# Open Command Prompt with administrator access
# Run each command below and wait for the scan to complete.
SFC /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
