Windows 11 initial configuration pops up with old user

After a reboot a computer wouldn't let me log in without answering questions about the browser choice and one drive. It was a blue screen that we usually only see with an initial set up after logging on a new user but this user was not new. It did not ask about the Keyboard or wifi. It just went straight to the browser question. The last thing is asked me to do was sign on to Microsoft but it wouldn't accept the login information. I couldn't see a way to bypass the question so I logged out and logged in with a local user I keep on the computers for maintenance. With that I was able to do what I needed but I want to by pass that screen. I think it is looking for an old Microsoft login and not our 365 logins through with domain that we set up last year. But I'm not sure. What I would like is to find out if there is a file I can delete that will prevent this screen from coming up or perhaps a registry setting I can set to no. If not, any suggestion would be appreciated.
