The problem with the game controller connected via Bluetooth (Win11)

The controller pairing works properly only if do not turn off the Bluetooth on the PC. If turn on the Bluetooth after turning it off, the controller can no longer connect to the PC and an error appears for Bluetooth XINPUT. Only restarting the PC helps. There was no such problem on Windows 10.

I will add that the gamepad pairing works stably on a smartphone and on another laptop with Windows 10. I also tried to connect the gamepad to another laptop with Windows 11 and the problem is identical.

Reproducing the problem:

  1. Turn on the PC
  2. Turn on Bluetooth
  3. Connect or pair the controller using Bluetooth (The controller works correctly)
  4. Turn off Bluetooth on PC
  5. Turn on Bluetooth
  6. At this stage, the controller cannot reconnect to the PC via Bluetooth.

I have an Xbox One Controller (1708) that connects to an Intel Wireless-AC 9560.

Tried drivers: 22.70.2.1, 22.80.1.1, 22.90.0.4, 22.100.0.2, 22.100.1.1, 22.110.2.1.

Windows 11 Home x64 21h2
