How to disable the "Getting started" dialog when logging in the first time?

Hello,

I am running Win11 and looking for a method to disable the "Getting started" dialog, that appears when a Users logs in the first time. I mean the dialog, where you have to disable that Microsoft knows your location, or gets all your data, ... . I think it has to be in the regedit or gpedit because it also has to be disabled, when I create a new User.

Cannot find yet a solution through Google, but will let you know if I do. Do you know a way to do that?

Can you share us screenshot or picture of that "Getting started" screen?

Also, are you referring to Get started app?

The screenshot is in german, but maybe also enough to see what I mean.

If I disable the "Get started App", it still appears.
