I have recently upgraded to Windows 11 and would like to install an operating system on a different device using a USB drive. However, I am unsure about the specific steps involved in burning an ISO file onto the USB drive within the new Windows 11 interface. I understand that this procedure may vary with different operating systems, so I kindly request your expertise specifically related to Windows 11.
Now, My predicament is how to burn ISO to USB Windows 11 operating system.

If you need to create a Windows 11 bootable USB, you have to download the Media Creation Tool from https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11, run it and follow the instructions on the screen to create the bootable USB device you need to install Windows 11 on another device.
A more general tool that you can use to create a bootable USB to be used with other operating systems is Rufus.

Burning an ISO to a USB drive in Windows 11 is pretty straightforward. Here's a step-by-step guide:

1. Insert Your USB Drive: First, plug in your USB drive. Make sure it's empty or that you've backed up any important data from it, because this process will erase everything on it.
