I am having some troubles activating some of my clients once they are joined to Azure(not hybrid). I know it has to do with our firewall, but the network guys keep saying its not them.
We have several devices that are at a couple particular sites that can join Azure without issues, but cannot activate. Once those devices are brought to my location, the issue is resolved.
Does anyone know the particular url or service endpoint the device would be looking at so I can make sure that is allowed through the firewall at our other sites.

Try to do manual activation and see if that helps:
Also, make sure Do not connect to any Windows Update Internet locations GPO setting is turned off.

Manual activation does not work. I can come to my main office and all devices activate works just fine.
