Queues App - Has Monitor/Whisper/Barge/Takeover gone live yet?
Has anyone tenants queues app actually updated with Monitor/Whisper/Barge/Takeover yet? It was supposedly in GA a couple of months ago, but everyone I have asked have yet to see it yet. I have: - Confirmed the manager has Teams Premium and not just standard Teams Phone. - Verified Voice Applications Policy and includes the manager as an Authorized User. - Ensured the manager is using a supported Teams client (not web). - Checked for nesting issues with call queues or auto attendants lacking resource accounts. - Reviewed the number of queues assigned to the manager—too many can cause issues. Completely shocked at this announcement. It keeps business strategy aligned at the director level and builds buy in from managers a low level workers. It really enforced the story of the NASA janitor who told JFK "i'm helping put a man on the moon" by giving employees the visibility of how they are making a difference in reaching their orgs strategic goals. Perhaps it just wasn't marketed well, from being a regular user it was quite indepth, perhaps simplification and moving it under the MS Planner brand would get more exposure. Unfortunately the SPMT only migrates date off sharepoint or local files, not from OneDrives to Sharepoint. Hi, When I use MS Forms, is there a way when i down the results to excel that the format can be in UK format (dd/mm/yy). Funnily enough in the excel bar it shows correctly but in the field its in m/dd/yy format. Very strange. I have changed all the 365 locale settings and the windows 10 settings. Whilst we now have Microsoft Planner integration with Viva Goals a lot of departments have a single shared planner, and the one item they comment whilst using Viva Goals is that they cant link single planner tasks to Viva Goals. Had an update here. We use Gamma too and we use a product called SIP2Teams. There is a workaround which i have been discussing with the SBC provider, which after the system says you are now being diverted it will begin ringing for the caller about a second afterwards. If anyone is interested (has the same platform) i can share what to do, though your provider also has to do something as well in the background as the functionality is not visible on the SIP2Teams portal.. Got to send Microsoft further information: Kindly reproduce the call and provide the following: • Teams support logs • Call ID of the reproduced call (from Teams admin center) • Called international number. • User number • Time and date call was reproduced. • SBC logs of reproduced call • Get Csonline user for one of the affected users using PowerShell • Provide fiddler log from desktop client. Thanks, I thought it was just us with our provider. Yeah its extremely frustrating and really needs to be fixed. Can i ask who your 3rd party is, perhaps its the same one as ours? RealTime_M365 we have lots of AAs as we run a multi tenant. The issue is that certain people are effectively an office and when people call out of hours it calls their devices, instead we’d just prefer it go to the voicemail of the user.
