Further Microsoft Planner integration
Whilst we now have Microsoft Planner integration with Viva Goals a lot of departments have a single shared planner, and the one item they comment whilst using Viva Goals is that they cant link single planner tasks to Viva Goals. Is this something that will ever happen?

I would think no, this probably won't happen.
The reason is that in the context of the OKR framework, the integration with Planner helps distinguish and track specific tasks and their status (in Planner) to broader key results or initiatives (in Viva Goals).

Essentially - Planner should be used for very specific tasks, and Viva Goals should have a slightly broader focus.
