Hi Myles Jeffery Thank you for your reply, The users who sync the most come up to around 13000 items, but it helps knowing that we are under the limit. I can quick solve the problem by reebooting onedrive, but that doesn't detect when the issue occurres. I consider if it has something to do with switching wifi often? best regards, Marin1.5KViews0likes0CommentsOnedrive doesn't Upload to Sharepoint
Hi I am working at a firm, we are about 40 users where the syncronizing has to work flawlessly. We work in Microsoft Teams, and then we Synkronize the files down on our computers via Onedrive. But recently alot of our users have experienced that our files don't upload from our onedrive folder, up to sharepoint. And therefor our files are not syncronized out to the other users, but if some elements are uploaded directly into Microsoft Teams, it is on Teams and on our computers as well. This is a pressing matter, but I hope it is something wrong within our own organization. But I was wondering if someone has experienced this problem. best regards, Marin.1.6KViews0likes2CommentsRe: Can I see which Project all of my resources currently are on?
Hello Paul_Mather Thank you for your response, I will look into how I can set a report in excel. I am familiar with the pwa option resource assignments, but I don't want to have to choose which resources to see, and as I understand I have to choose which resources I wanna see and only up to 100, with the resource assignments option, is that correct? I can try to give an example, I want a simple overview saying how many resources I have, how many I have in which department, and how many are on projects and how many are "loose": All resources : 250 - Department 1: 100 - - Project 1: 50 - - Project 2: 20 - - "Loose": 30 - Department 2: 70 - - Project 1: 40 - - Project 2: 30 - - "Loose": 0 - Department 3: 80 - - Project 1: 40 - - Project 2: 30 - - "Loose": 10 Best regards, Marin718Views0likes1CommentCan I see which Project all of my resources currently are on?
Currently I See all my resources in Resourcecenter, and I Group them by resource department and then by title. Can I see which project they are currently on? So that I can have a total overview that can be grouped by Project and then by Resource Department. Hi SinhaKislay , Sorry I think this is just a typo on my side, I have corrected it now in the conversation. I have included a picture of the workflow, it goes from stade 2.1 to 2.2, and from 2.2 to 3.1. But thank you for the correction in the text."Submit project" button skips to next phase and does not go through stages
Hi I am very new at working with sharepoint and workflows. But could someone point out for me what I am doing wrong when my "submit" button skips to the first stage in the next phase, and does not go to the next stage in the current phase? I have created a workflow that looks like this: 0- Start at Stage 1 1- When a project is submitted, go to: stage 2.1 2- When a project is submitted, go to: stage 2.2 3- When a project is submitted, go to: stage 3.1 4- When a project is submitted, go to: stage 3.2 5- When a project is submitted, go to: stage 4 But when I submit a project in stage 2.1, it jumps to the next stage, 3.1. And does not include 2.2. Hopefully someone out there can correct my flow. All the best, MarinSolvedDuration of group in percent over time
Hi, this is maybe just a wishful thought. I want to make a simple schedule, (task name, taks duration, task start), and I want to group the tasks in a custom field, and then get Project to show me how much of the duration lies in each section of the period of time. I have a custom field that is named after each type of work. Then I plan my tasks, and in my custom field each task gets a name for the type of work. Now if I group the schedule by the custom field, I can get a section for each type of work. Here I get the first start date, the total duration (from start to end), and end date for each type of work. Can I create a view that shows me how much total task duration lies in each week, or month? In the end my goal is to get a projection that shows = this type of work stretches from january to april and has 10% planned in january, 25% in febuary, 30% in march and 35% planned in april. using duration. I imagine for this to function, I need: - To group by a field (this is possible) - To have a total duration (this is possible) - To get a summary of how much duration is in each day, week or month ( so if there are two tasks with a duration this day it would count 2 parts (of the total) for this day. I imagine I need to use, a task usage view (but these use the work not the duration), I I imagine this is a sidetrack and not a usual way of using Projcet, but if anyone would have any fun with it I would love to hear some thoughts about this.552Views0likes0Comments
