Agent «Workflows (Frontier)» is not available - one solution

Outside the notebooks, the pages, e.g. in Pages, can be edited. I believe that all settings are correct (Office 365 Cloud Policy, etc.). After 15 minutes of research, my research assistant said, among other things, that the blocked pages are like this according to the design. Do you have an idea? I really appreciate your answer. AmeliaHernandez Also an interesting thing. I have now received the invoice for March for PAYG for the “Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat” environment. I noticed that this and the last invoice were for Dataverse and not messages. This is not illogical from my point of view, as “Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat” is included in my “Microsoft 365 Copilot” license and I am the only user. Nevertheless, I am a little surprised that there are costs for Dataverse. I no longer actively use the environment and would like to delete it. AmeliaHernandez Thank you. Cheap because it's “only” about 3 days and 1 user (me) and probably only one agent. The following image is updated. I intentionally worked with the agent/resource “Copilot Victory Motorcycles” to see how this graphic changes. The agent is absolutely nothing special. It has themes and therefore triggers that could actually be disabled. It does not use generative AI (German). and no improved search results (premium function). So it is actually “stupid”. And yet the three or four calls to the starter prompts “cost” $0.67? However, since I still assume that these kinds of features (GraphGrounding, Knowledge, Message) are covered by our license, I'm not worried. Otherwise, I am very concerned. This „statistic” in PowerPlatform Admin Center is not up to date. The data has 1 to 2 days delay. You know that I am working intensively with this theme. 🙃 My extensive research with Copilot shows the following result regarding “Microsoft Copilot Studio Version Market Place”: “This is a standalone option. It is aimed at users who specifically want to use Copilot Studio features without needing a full Microsoft 365 Copilot subscription.”. This answer might be correct from my point of view. You also know that I am looking into message capacity and message consumption within a “Copilot Studio in M365 Copilot”, or rather researching together with Copilot. The results are not yet consistent, but they are already huge. 🙃 By the way, I'm expecting my second PAYG invoice for around CHF3 (Swiss Francs) soon. Hello dear community Yesterday I noticed these two «features» in Copilot Studio Agent Builder. They are probably related. ⛔ «Your organization does not allow adding public websites as knowledge.» ⛔ «This feature has been blocked by your organization's policies.» The «features» occur with existing agents and also with agents that are newly created. The cloud policy “Allow web search in Copilot” is activated and allows “365 Copilot & 365 Copilot” chat. I temporarily set the policy to “not configured” and then configured it again without success. “ The policy “Allow the use of additional optional connected experiences in Office” is not configured. No policy is active in Admin Power Platform DLP. Does anyone have an idea to find a solution? Thank you very much for your support, it is much appreciated. 🔸 I am actually of this opinion and have been since an update of Outlook for Windows in December 2024. A support ticket brought no success with a reference to offline mode (switch on and off or vice versa). 🔸 An appeal in the community was also unsuccessful. The note that you should close Outlook for Windows if you want to use energy-saving mode is .... specific. 🔸 After doing some research (with Copilot and the community, of course), I discovered that powercfg offers many more settings. ⏩ Workaround 🔸 Power management behavior olk.exe (Outlook new): powercfg /requestsoverride /PROCESS olk.exe SYSTEM 🔸 Undo power management behavior olk.exe (Outlook new): powercfg /requestsoverride /PROCESS olk.exe NONE It has been quiet for 2 days and olk.exe goes into energy-saving mode (hibernation, standby) as “agreed” in the energy settings. Maybe this will help, according to the motto Hashtag#sharingiscaring. The following motto also applies: Use at your own risk 😙
